Yvonne Wood was immersed in real estate immediately in life. As a child, she watched her parents successfully own and operate income properties in various cities and states. Her early exposure to the rigor and opportunities of real estate transactions helped her become a savvy investor, and she acquired her first property after graduating from the University of California, Irvine.

Prior to her professional real estate career, Yvonne worked for numerous industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies in HR Management, where she developed valuable customer service and corporate strategy experience. In 2008, while working for a prestigious home builder, Yvonne earned her real estate license. With each successful deal closed, Yvonne learned she loved helping her clients work towards and achieve their real estate dreams. In 2019, Yvonne joined the Cinch Real Estate + Mortgage team and brings with her a professional practice founded on integrity, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and uncompromising personal service.

Yvonne lives in Ranch Mission Viejo of South Orange County with her husband, two children, and their French bulldog. She enjoys discovering new recipes in the kitchen, sipping craft cocktails with friends, and crushing a tough class at her favorite gym.
